As mentioned earlier, driving an RC car is usually boring, unless you are into drifting, bashing, or climbing. Of course, for the child, having grown up with cartoons such as the Transformer, it has always been my dream to be able to own a vehicle that I can control and transform with the touch of a button. And all of these is made possible with the Thunder Trax RC vehicle by Air Hogs.
It is really perfect for users who want to have the perfect combination of functionality, aesthetics, and fun! The Thunder Trax can be driven on all terrains due to the unique tracks. The tracks are very similar to those that are being utilized by the battle tanks that most armies have, and this means the Thunder Trax can ride through mud, soil, grass, water, and even snow!
What this means, is that it can be used in all seasons!
When we reviewed the Air Hogs, Thunder Trax RC Vehicle, we managed to drive it across all terrains (except climbing of mountains). It was pretty fun, seeing how it traverse smoothly across the terrains rather than stalling at any one of them. I decided to push the limits a little further by driving it into the water. Subsequently, at the push at the button, it became a boat! The entire experience spells fun for me!

Controller
When it comes to controlling the RC transformer car, you will be happy to know that the controller is very easy to operate. The ergonomic controller has buttons throughout that allows for a smoother control over the RC car itself. Controlling this RC car that turns into a boat is very easy too.
Battery
Quite interestingly, the entire RC tank can be powered via a USB charging cable. This allows you to charge the RC tank on the go by connecting the RC vehicle to a portable charger. To prevent water from entering the battery, there is a water-proof rubber flap that covers the port. So you can be rest assured that the entire RC car will not die in the middle of the lake, provided that there is still battery juice left in it
Range
As for the range, it uses the 2.4GHz system to give directions to your RC tank. This beats using some app that some RC cars might have.
